Bio
Ian Borody is an M.Sc. student in Transportation Engineering at the University of Alberta and previously obtained a B.Sc. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the UofA. Ian will be researching the travel behaviour of individuals during wildfire events and the charging of electric vehicles in the context of disasters and wildfire evacuations. He has past experience in co-op positions at Strathcona County, Urban Systems Ltd., and the City of Edmonton where he has worked on light rail expansion, signal timing analysis, and infrastructure planning.
